A conceptual graph is a graphical illustration of logic centered on semantic networks used in artificial intelligence. They are used to represent text content graphically because their expressing capability is  very much like natural language.

An associated network is used to represent relational knowledge in the form of a labeled directed graph. Each vertex in the graph is a concept and each label is a relation between concepts.

Conceptual graphs

Conceptual graphs are graphical representations for logic based on the semantic networks of artificial intelligence and Charles Sanders Peirce's existential graphs. They are used to represent the conceptual schemas used in database systems. They can be applied to a wide range of topics in computer science, artificial intelligence and cognitive science.

Associative network

It is a cognitive model which incorporates long-known principles of association to represent key features of human memory. For example, when two things like bacon and eggs are thought about simultaneously they become linked in memory.
