Conduction : The process in which the electricity can be passed is called conduction and the substances which acts for conducting electricity called as Conductors .
Ex : Iron , graphite etc..
Insulation : The process in which the electricity cannot be passed through it and the substances which cannot pass electricity from it. can be considered as Insulators .
Ex : Wood , rubber etc..
