The important difference between conventional and modern means of communication is that today modern means of communication enables the people from all over the world to connect and interact with each other through audio and video conferencing

• Modern forms of Communication has changed to the total aspect of communication. People are able to communicate directly with each other from the different locations of the world. It has helped to people to connect globally through web cameras and video conferencing.
• The various forms of modern communication are sending messages through email on the internet, using the Fax machines for messaging and through other forms of technological advancements. The messages and communication take place at at faster pace and people are able to connect with each other.  
• Earlier in the conventional form of communication the people were not directly involved the medium of exchange of information. The pace of communication was very slow. The messages were sent as letters through posts and telegraphs and it took days for delivering the messages
