In a cube, all the sides are of equal length but in a cuboid, the sides can be of different lengths.
A cube can be always considered as a cuboid but a cuboid can not always considered as a cube.

A cube is a six sided 3 dimensional figure in which all the faces are square, a cuboid is the same except that some of the faces are rectangles.
A cube is equal on all sides where as cuboid is equal on opposite sides.
