Difference between cytoplasm and cell sap


raianjali0542: cell sap - is the fluid present inside the large vacuoles of the cell . it comprises of sugar, salts amino acid and mainly water.it provides buoyancy and support to the cell . it also help in storage of many materials . Cell sap maintain osmosis of cell .

Cytoplasm-cell material excluding nucleus: the complex of chemical compounds and structures within a plant or animal cell excluding the nucleus.  

Vacuole-compartment in cytoplasm of cell: a membrane-bound compartment containing fluid that is found in the cytoplasm of a cell.

cytosol is a part of cytoplasma that is not held by any of the organelle is in the cell on the other hand cyotoplasma is the part of the cell which is contained within the entire cell membrane other than contents of the nucleus of the cell
