Heya!!

“Subordinate legislation” otherwise known as “delegated legislation” are made by the “Act of Parliament”. The executivebranch is given specific authority to make more specific laws with regard to that Act. The executivebranch then issues “Secondarylegislation” on that Act.

The difference between delegated legislation and executive legislation are as follows:

Delegated legislation It meant to give power to someone lower than his rank to formulate laws.

So there can be many ways in which this excess of power can be given to subsidiary rank people or an Executive.

Executive legislation Executive is one who is responsible for Implementation of various policies. The Executive has the power to sign or ratify any treaty.
