Hey Mate...

In a democracy the government has less control over how people spend their time and what they believe. ... In a dictatorship the government tightly controls all aspects of the state and will often ban or tightly control groups and meetings. A dictatorship completely disregards the rights of individual citizens.

Democracy - In the democracy, is a form of government in which ruling power is vested in the hands of the people and the government is answerable to the people who can change it through constitutional means.

Dictatorship - In it all the power are in the hands of a single individual or a small group and the dictator is not answerable to anybody.
