In democratic form of govt. like India...people have the right to choose their represtatives...In non -democratic country like China...people not have choices to choose from...In democratic Country...People free and fair elections are held...and Elections are held regularly after few years whereas in Non-Demo..Country these rules r not followed...In Demo..country the representatives who r preffered by the people gets elected bt not so in No- Demo.. Country....
