The main difference between the Indian and the South African constitutions is that the Indian constitution makes India a parliamentary democracy. On the other hand, the South African constitution declares South Africa to be a presidential democracy.
Another difference is that the South African constitution constituted the Truth and Reconciliation Commission to investigate and pardon apartheid era crimes. On the other hand, the Indian constitution does not have any such provision.
