DHCP + Dynamic Host Control Protocol. It hands out unique addresses to computers on your network. Each computer needs one to communicate and they all have to be different. What you are looking at is the computers on your network that have "borrowed" an address from the router.

Wireless stats are the in/out bytes and other counters.
