Both the terms Floc and anaerobic sludge digester are comming under Sewage treatment using microbes
Actually Floc means masses of bacteria associated with fungal filaments to form mesh like structure
And, after the formation of activated sludge , the remaining major part of it is pumped into large tanks called anaerobic sludge digesters
