Difference between difference between non renewable and renewable resource

Renewable resources can be replenished in a shorter period of time by physical, chemical or biological processes. It cannot be extinguished and I said abundant. Eg: solar energy.

Non-renewable resources are those resources which are present in limited quantity and take millions of years to form again. It cannot be replenished quepickly and can be extinguished of not used judiciously. Eg: fossil fuels.

These are the rescoures which re-occur naturally.

These resources can be used again and again.

They are the low cost rescoures.

To maintain these resources high cost is involved.

For example - Sun, Air and water.

Non-Renewable Resources -

These are the rescoures which donot occur naturally. They can't be used agian and agian due to time taking process of their formation.

They are high cost rescoures.

To maintain and use them compartiblely low cost is involved.

For example : Coal, Petroleum, Natural gases etc.
