Vector is a living organism which acts as a host for any pathogen and pathogen completes its sexual phase or asexual phase inside the vector and transmitted to any human beings internally it may be in blood.

Droplets are non living factors.

Pathogen does not complete its any phase .

Transmission is first externally and then entered into the body.

The agency of droplets infection may be air mostly.
