Drought:

Drought is a widespread lack of food that can be applied to any animal species. Regional malnutrition, starvation, epidemics and mortality generally increase with or after this event.

When there is little or no rainfall in an area for a long period or several months or several years, it is called drought.

Flood:

A flood is a situation in which a certain area of land is temporarily submerged and public life is affected.

Dam break, speed of water waves, excess monsoon etc.India is the second flood affected country in the world.
