Dyarchy is basically the form of the government, in which the power is being divided between the selected and elected section. The subjects which are divided among these groups are police , health and land . The authoritarian section is directly selected without the involvement of the public , and is not answerable to the people. However the power is divided between the two.
A two chamber body , forms the basis of the bicameral legislature and is treated as the upper and the lower house like as in the lok sabha. However the subject of the division is neglected. However , both the houses are responsible for making the executive.
