Difference between e business and traditional business quora
Answers
Answer:
Explanation:
A traditional business is one where you have a store, office or other location, usually called a “brick & mortar “ business. You sell & conduct most of your business offline,
An E-Business is one you run from online, an ecommerce website, Ebay, etc- your sales come solely from online ordering.
There’s a bit of crossover for both, traditional businesses may advertise online & even taker orders online ( such as a restaurant or auto repair shop), but their main business is done offline.
An E-Business does all their selling online, but most likely store & ship from a location such as their garage, home, or storage unit.
Each have their own set of pros & cons and will be dependent on the specific business.
Not sure what business to start? Google it, or better get a Mentor- SCORE ( from the SBA) have free mentoring & training, as well as a large online training library on choosing a business & getting started.
Whatever you choose, research it well first & if it sounds too easy or quick money- it’s probably a scam or a bunch of beefed up hype. A REAL business takes time, sweat, sacrifice, & some money, so choose wisely!
