Electric can be associated to anything which uses electricity as an inherent part like in case of electric motor, electric battery, etc. Whereas, electronics refers to a field in technology or science that deals with controlling the motion of electrons, which is a wide area beyond properties like voltage and current. However, if we say electrical technology/science, it can be related to either the electrons or by some other charge-carrying particles, but the term electronic is exclusively depends on the properties of electrons, such as in semiconductors.

Electrical is all about Generation (V), Transmission (I), Utilization (R), Measurement (V=IR & P=VI) and Manual Control (Switch /Regulator).
Electronics is all about Automatic Control (y = f(x)). To implement the automatic control, in the initial days Vacuum Tubes were used, then Transistors were used. Now a days ICs are used in Electronics. Hope it’s helps
