In electrophoresis, charged solid particles move under external electrical field
And electroporation is the DNA transfer into cell. It has been shown recently that electrically induce electrically DNA transfer into cell is a fast victoral process with the same difference as DNA electrophoresis transfer into external electrical field..

Question- difference btw electrophoresis & electroporation?
Answer:- electroporation:- electroporation is the method of transferring
DNA into the cells by the exposure to a rapid pulse with high
Voltage which can cause transformation of the small pores in the cell membrane
Electrophoresis:- electrophoresis is the method by which separation of molecules on the basis of their electric charge(net)
