Ex:- He made the cake himself. (Here 'himself' is reflecting the pronoun He )

Emphatic pronouns, on the other hand, are used to just emphasize the action of the subject...

Ex:-mr.mehta washed the car all by himself.(here its emphasizing that mr.mehta being in a hurry had to wash his car himself...!)

we use it to explain the action done by noun without help of someone .

Empathatic pronoun is similar to reflexive pronoun.

Example of emphatic pronouns are

Myself ,ourselves, yourself ,himself herself, itself extra.

when the subject and object are same person or animal these are called reflexive pronoun for example

he hurt himself.
