Explanation:
Well physically enamel is the outer layer and dentin is the layer below enamel. Enamel has more of inorganic matter than dentin and so is harder . Nerve innervations are absent in enamel whereas present in dentin which causes sensitivity. And there are many more but these are about differences on gross level.

ENAMEL is the hard outer covering of teeth. calcium salts are present on enamel.
DENTINE is similar to bone and it contains pulp cavity which contains all nerves and blood vessels.
