Answer:

Hey mate here is your answer...

1. Excretion in Animals and Plants.

Metabolic activities take place in the cells of living organisms all the time. These activities produce wastes which cause serious health problems if they are allowed to accumulate.

Excretion is the process by which living body gets rid of wastes after taking the required nutrients and minerals from the food it has consumed.

Excretion occurs in plants and animals as they both have waste products to be removed from their bodies.

In human beings, the waste products are ammonia, carbon dioxide, urea, uric acid, bile pigments, excess salts etc. Kidneys, lungs, liver, and skin are the important excretory organs.

Plants have a less -developed excretory system unlike animals to throw out nitrogenous waste materials. Plants have two different types of excretion; Photosynthesis and Respiration

Oxygen is a waste product of photosynthesis and carbon dioxide is a waste product of aerobic respiration.Resins, gums, latex are some other waste products.

Hope it helps you.....
