Taxonomic studies consider a group of individual organism with fundamental similarities as a species .

examples--- indica ,leo ,tuberosum

Genus comprises a group of related species which has more characters in common in comparison to species of other genera ........we can say that genera are aggregates of closely related species.

examples--- Panthera ,Mangifera ,Salmona.

Family has a group of related genera with still less number of similarities as compared to genus and species .

Families are a characterised on the basis of both vegetative and reproductive features of plant species .

examples--- solanaceae, liliaceae.

A mango is a juicy stone fruit produced from numerous species of tropical trees belonging to the flowering plant genus Mangifera, cultivated mostly for their edible fruit. Most of these species are found in nature as wild mangoes. The genus belongs to the cashew family Anacardiaceae.
