Federalism :- Federalism is a form of government in which powers are divided between central authority and various conistuent units.....
(I) Fair sharing of power.
(II) better governance.
Decentralisation :- when power is taken away from central and state governments and given to local government is called decentralisation....
(I)Local level it is possible for people to directly participate in decision making.
