difference between file and folder?


Abhinav01234: A file is a form or RAW or Processed Information. A file Cannot be divided until unless its compressed in some kind of APK or ZIP or TAR.. etc..
Abhinav01234: A Folder is a Group of Files.. for which there is no criteria. e.g. you can store any kind of files in a folder

A folder is made of stiff paper or cardboard while a file is not

The basic different between the Files and folder is
*files contains data, while Folder contains files.
*folders often referred as directories are use to organize the data, while files are use to store data.
