Fixed capital are those capital which can be used for many years.It is not consumed during the process of production.
Variable or Working capital are consumed during the process of production.These include raw material nd money in hand.

Fixed capital and variable capital falls under physical capital. Fixed capital are those capitals which are used in production regularly but not used up for example:Tools,Machines etc whereas variable or we can say working capital is used up in production for example:Raw material, money in hand,etc
