Food and nutrients kinda go hand in hand.Food is the source of all nutrients, like starch, carbohydrates, fats are not something we consume directly but we get it from different food souces like rice butter etc. These nutrients are basic units of all kinds of food that we consume everyfday and with the help of such an advanced and effctive digestive system we are aBLE TO BRAKDOWN ALL THESE COMPLEX FOOD MATERIALS INTO THEIR FUNCTIOANL UNITS,WHAT WE CALL AS NUTRIENTS.
