Answer:
Germination:
Germination may be defined as the process of development of plants by the spores under the favorable environmental conditions. The seed is produced from the plant cell. The proper temperature and humidity is required for germination. The germination takes place in fungi and plants.
Fertilization:
Fertilization may be defined as the process of development of the zygote by the fusion of male and female gamete. The zygote is produced by the gametes. In flowering plants it is followed by fertilization. The lower plants require damp environment for fertilization. This process takes place in gamete producing organism.
