Difference between good and best?​

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:

We use GOOD when we are talking of only one thing or person (in singular) and BEST we use when we compare things or people (plural)

Eg. He is a good boy.

He is the best boy.

In first we are just talking about that single boy but in second we are comparing that boy with other boys.
