supports broad opportunity for its people
protects its people from exploitation and abuse
Mediocre Government does not support broad opportunity for its people.

Bad Government supports exploitation and abuse of its people.

good governance is that which look out the public problems and solve it and takes care about how many people are in need of facilities and poor governance is that which cannot figure out total needs of people........
