What is the difference between agood conductor of electricity, apoor conductor of electricity and an insulator in terms of electrons? ... Glass, for example, is aninsulator at room temperature. When the temperature rises, theglass will conduct electricity and become a conductor.

Good Conductor of Electricity is defined as the substances which allows the electricity to pass through them. E.g). Metals like Iron, copper, aluminum, etc.

Whereas insulators are the substances which does not allows the electricity to pass through them. E.g). Rubber, plastic, cloth, etc..

Hope it Helps.... : )
