Guttation is the Exedution of drops of xylem sap on the tip or edges of leaves of some vascular plants . or It is loss of water i mean extra water from leaves where root pressure is high and transpiration is low.
Transpiration- It is the process by which mositure is carried through plants from roots to the pores on the leaves ,where it changes into vapour and released into the atmosphere.
The main difference between them are :-
1) In transpiration water is lost in the form of vapours whereas in guttation it is by water droplets.
2)Transpiration occurs during day when temperature is high and guttation occurs on day and night when temperature is low.
3)Transpiration occurs on all aerial parts of plants whereas guttation occur on margins or tip of the leaves.
4)Transpiration occurs under dry conditions whereas guttation on humid conditions.
5) Transpiration occurs when stomata is open whereas guttation takes place as long as adequate amount of water is supplied .

Hey there!
☆Transpiration :
-It is the loss of water through Aeriel parts of plant.
-It mainly occurs through stomata in the leaves.
- Root pressure is not involved in this phenomenon.
- Normally occurs in all plants....when the temperature is normal ..or at day time.
☆ Guttation :
- Water loss occurs in the form of droplets..
- Mainly occurs through hydathodes.
- Occurs at night time or when the temperature is low. (morning)
- Root pressure is involved in this phenomenon.
