Diploid cell :

The paired number of chromoses are called diploid . For example, the paired numbr of chromoses in human beings (44 autosomes+ 2 sex chromoses) is called diploid cells.

Haploid cell :

The unpaired number of chromoses is called haploid chromoses.For example , the gamets in human beings( 23 chromoses)is haploid cells.
