Himalayan rivers are the rivers who originate from the Himalayan glaciers and flow to the plains.Those rivers which flow in the peninsula region like in north India are called penensular rivers

Himalayan river:-Himalayan rivers are the watercourses that arise from Himalayan ranges and are perennial in nature. 
peninsular river:- peninsular rivers are the ones that originate from the Western Ghats and are non perennial in nature.
