Holozoic nutrition :- the organism obtained energy by oxidizing pre-existing organic component of either plants or animals is called holozoic nutrition .
Example :- cow ,horse ,buffalo etc.

Saprophytic nutrition:- organism which feed upon dissolved decaying organic materials from their environment is called saprophytes and the mode of nutrition is called saprophytic nutrition.
Example:- fungi, bacteria etc.
