In homogeneous mixture :
1. The particle of homogeneous mixture would not be seen by naked eye.
2. solute is completely dissolve in solvent.
3. The particle of homogeneous mixture passed with filter paper.
4. example water and sugar solution
In heterogeneous mixture :
1. The particle of heterogeneous mixture can be seen by naked eye.
2. solute is not completely dissolve in solvent.
3. the particles of heterogeneous mixture can not passed through filter paper.
4. Example sand and water sollution.

Homogeneous reaction-1 the reaction in which the substance gets dissolved easily with each other.
2: it can be seperated by chemical means only.
- 3: ex- reaction between salt in water, reaction between sugar in water etc
Heterogeneous reaction-1: the reation in which substances are not dissolved easily with each other.
2: it can be seperated by both physical and chemical means.
3: ex- salt and sugar, sand and sugar, etc.
Hope it helps
