A hospital can be a private or public sector building where patients are admitted for treatment.

Healthcare centre is a clinic or care hub or a place where a doctor analyzes the patients and prescribes the medicines and give the instructions how to take that medicines.

Usually a health center is an outpatient, acute care facility. I’m thinking a long the lines of a university health care center. It will have 1 or more physicians, and/or a PA or NP. Possibly a licensed nurse or medical assistants. There may be fairly minimal lab facilities, and possibly an X-ray machine. Probably not have a complete pharmacy but a lot of the basic medications that may be needed on an acute basis.

They don’t usually have any inpatient beds. Hours may be limited.

Hospitals departments depend on the size of the hospital. They will have inpatient beds, a laboratory, radiology department, usually an emergency room, operating rooms, recovery room, should have the ability to deliver babies and nursery. There are really too many departments to mention. Do a search if you want to know everything.
