difference between human capital and land

Human Capital is the capital produced and developed by humans. But land is a natural resource used for various purposes. Land is also used for agriculture, mining, construction sites but human capital can be used in almost every sphere of life.

Human Resource

It is the most important factor of production. As we know that knowledge and enterprise is need to generate a yield and there should be someone to put land, labour and capital together to produce an outcome. It is the human resource, humans work with brain to generate an outcome which is profitable.
