difference Between inclusion bodies and vacuoles. please reply

The main diffrence is the cell membrane .

Vacoule has a membrane called tonoplast.but inclusion body are membrane less.

Inclusion bodies are elementary bodies that are cytoplasmic or nuclear aggregates of stable substances which are usually proteineous in nature.

They represent the site of viral multiplication in a bacterium or a eukaryotic cell and it consists of capsid protein.

Vacoules are closed sacs which are made with inorganic or organic molecules inside such enzymes. They have no defined shape.

They can store waste and also helps in maintaining homeostasis in the cell.
