A Public and Private Limited organization possessing share capital cannot originate business till the time they acquired the certification of commencement of business (COB) from the concerned Registrar of Companies.
An incorporated business which is also known as corporation is a kind of market which contributes many advantages over being a single owner or partnership, which includes the liability assurance and further tax reductions. Creating a corporation also enables us to increase capital by the sale of divisions of the company.
