Kingdom Protista is unicellular and Eukaryotic while Kingdom fungi is multicellular Eukaryotic and saprophytic Kingdom Protista consists of single celled organisms having a well defined nucleus with nuclearmembrane. Kingdom fungi are made up of thread like Hyphae rather than cells and there are many nucleus distributed in the continuous cytoplasm.
