Large scale industries produce goods on a large scale and posses maximum Labour's where as small scale industries produce small quantity of goods and posses minimum Labour's

1.large scale industries invest a lot of capital..but small scale industries doesn't need that much of investment.
2.L.S.I need lot of labours while S.C.I doesn't need that much of labours.
