Explanation:

Latches are sequential circuits. Which have building blocks specifically designed for logical gates. Latch performs simultaneous functions of checking inputs and outputs. It works on functional input.

Whereas, Flip Flops are also sequential circuits. But, these are built from latches. They changes the output by checking the input correspondingly. Flip Flops being sensitive in nature and responds to signal change.

Latches on other hand, are sensitive according to the duration of the pulse.
