Difference between lenticles and stomatal transpirtaion

If you look at the main difference between these two than it can be that lenticels remains opens permanently but stomata doesn't.Stomata is located in the epidermis lenticels are located in peridermis,lenticels are the result of secondry growth of plant it also do not contains any chloroplast while stomata do have.
