difference between lesser, inner and outer Himalayas

lesser Himalayas is located between Himadri and Shiwalik. It extends from west to east with an average altitude of 3,700 m to4,500 m and a width of about 80 km. some beautiful valleys are Shimla, Massoorie, Nainital and Darjeeling are located in this range. lesser Himalayas has thick forest that are covered with pine, Oak, deodar and fir trees. Inner Himalayas ,being the longest continuous mountain range, dominates alarge section of the Himalayas. It is between 150 km and 400 km wide and forms a natural boundary between India to China. This range is a region of permanent snow cover. Thus mosses and lichen are found in some parts. Farming is not possible in this region.
Lowest Himalayas lying at the southern part of the Himadri and Himachal of the Himalayan Range.Average height of about 900-1,200 m and a width of about 10-50 km. slopes are covered with thick forests and a variety of wildlife is found here. much of land is used for growing crops like rice, potatoes and maize.
