1)NATIONAL LIBERAL PARTY- A national liberal party known as liberal national party till 1948,was a liberal party in the United Kingdom from 1931-1968. It broke away the liberal party and later co-operated and merged with the conservative party. some leaders were Sir John Simon from 1931-1940,Ernest brown from 1945-1946,etc

2)NATIONAL PARTY:- A registered party is a recognised as a national party only if it ulfills any one of the three condition At a general election of lok sabha or legislative assembly,the party polls 6% votes in any four or more States and in addition it wins 4 lok sabha seats.
