Answer :-
Light dependent phase :-
•Reactions of the light dependent phase occurs in the grana of chloroplastids
•Light dependent phase occurs in the presence of light.
•Water, Chlorophyll and sunlight participates in this phase.
Light independent phase :-
•Reactions of the light independent phase occurs in the stroma of chloroplastids.
•Light dependent phase occurs in the absence of light.
•Adenosine Triphosphate, NaDPH, Carbon dioxide, Ribulose bisphosphate participates in the reaction of this phase.

Answer:
Light dependent reactions
- Energy from sunlight is absorbed and converted into chemical energy (ATP).
- Thylakoid membranes of chloroplasts.
Light independent reactions
- Uses CO2 and the ATP and NADPH from light dependent reactions to produce sugar/ glucose. ATP is used to provide the energy for sugar synthesis and NADPH is used for electrons in the reduction of Carbon Dioxide into sugar
- the Light Independent Reactions occur in The area in the Chloroplast called the Stroma.
