Loksabha and Rajyasabha are two houses in Parliament. Actually

Parliament = President of India + Rajyasabha + Loksabha.

The member of Loksabha are elected directly by People of India ( General Voters like us) where as Members of Rajyasabha are elected by State MLAs and 12 members are directly appointed by President of India in Rajyasabha.
