Answer:

MAGNETITE : Magnetite is a rock mineral and one of the main iron ores. it is attracted to a magnet and can be magnetized to become a permanent magnet itself. It is the most magnetic of all the naturally-occurring minerals on earth.

HEMATITE :  hematite is a common iron oxide and is widespread in rocks and soils. Hematite forms in the shape of crystals through the rhombohedral lattice system.

main difference : magnetite contains 70% of iron whereas hematite is reddish ore and contains about 60% of iron.
