mass is constant whereas,weight varies (as w=m*g).
Mass can never be zero whereas weight can be if there is no gravitational force acting upon.
Mass is a scalar quantity whereas,weight is a vector quantity.
SI unit of mass is kg whereas SI unit of weight is Newton.
