"Differences between meristematic and ground tissue are as follows:


The meristematic tissue has the capability to divide continuously whereas ground tissue is a type of perpetual tissue doesn't have the property to divide.


The Meristematic tissue is comprised of only the parenchyma cells whereas the ground-tissue is poised of parenchyma, collenchyma, and sclerenchyma cells.
